Fire Starting
I’ve been curious lately as to what is the preferred method of primitive fire starting by my readers. When I am out either Backpacking or Overlanding, I first practice my primitive skills at fire starting. I have to admit that sometimes it just plain doesn’t work and I’ll fall back on my lighter, but I TRY first to employ a primitive technique to keep the skills honed.
